Getting started with Lead Point Action and Trigger
1.Go to Points Action.
2.Click on “New” button.
The below-listed input should be entered.
a. Name – You can name the action you want accordingly.
b. Description – Description of the work.
c. When a Contact – Select the type of action you want to perform according to the point.
d. Change Points – Set the number of points to be added for the action.
e. Category
f. Limit to these selected emails – You can adjust the limit on emails to be sent such as emails can be sent to users only if they open the email.
Click on “Save & Close” button.
