Add Aritic Survey Form into Website

A survey is a methodology to gather data from a predefined group of respondents to collect information and insights for various topics. Inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you can add a new survey type and template. Even you can create your survey with the help of the toolbar option.

1. Go To Aritic PinPoint dashboard choose left menu and click on “Assets“, then click on “Survey Asset” as shown below .

2. Now in “Surveys” page click on “NEW SURVEY” from the top right corner to create a new one .

3. Here you can select your Survey type as shown below and click on Next.

4. Select any Survey Template as per your requirement and click on Next.

5. Here you can create your own survey form using the toolbox options (helps to add different question types), and properties with all other existing options once the form created click on Next for further steps.

6. You can use your Survey forms on your website by adding Embedded code or scripts and Styles or HTML code, click on Embeded on the web page and select In website option, you can get all type of codes and add it to your website,

In the end, you can add the embedded code or script to use the survey form on your website.
