Getting Started with Lead Tracking

Lead tracking is the method to determine the source of leads. You can even actively monitor the whereabouts of the leads in the sales and marketing funnel. So that leads can move to the next stage and close the deals.

1. Login into the Aritic Pinpoint account

2. Click on “Aritic Pinpoint Dashboard”

3. Click on “Contacts”.

4. Click on “Point Actions”.

5. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint, click on “NEW”. 

6. Enter the Name of “Point Action”.7. Click on “Save and Close”.

8. Click on “Point Triggers”.

9. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint, click on “NEW”. 

10. Enter the name of “New Triggers”.

11. Click on “EVENTS”, Enter the name of the events.

12. Click on Drop Down“ADD AN EVENT” and select the drop down options as given.13. Click on “Save and Closed”.
