Create NPS survey with follow-up Questions inside the Aritic Survey Builder

You can select the survey type for creating an NPS survey and create a survey template inside the Aritic application. You can even with the help of follow-up questions inside the Aritic application. 

In this article, you’ll learn how to Create NPS survey with follow-up Questions inside the Aritic Survey Builder

  1. Go To Aritic PinPoint dashboard choose left menu and click on “Assets“, then click on “Survey Asset” as shown below .

2) Now in “Surveys” page click on “NEW SURVEY” from the top right corner to create a new one.

3) Now select Survey type as “NPS Survey” and click on next .

4. Select your Survey Template as per your requirement and click on Next.

5. Create your own survey form with follow-up questions using the Toolbox option and click on next.
