Working with Chat Tabs and Chat Popups

a) In the main chat window, online operators can track the visitors’ checked messages. If the send icon is green, then visitors have seen the messages.

b) In case if the operator has clicked on the cross button, then the chat tab would get closed. But, there won’t be any change in the chat status.

c) Suppose, if the visitors’ icons are red, then they are not connected.
