Block Visitors from Starting a Chat

Suppose you find any malicious activities from any anonymous visitor. You have to block that visitor to prevent any further communication with your team members. 

i) In the Aritic dashboard, move your cursor in the left sidebar.

ii) Click on ‘Conversation’.

iii) Then, click on ‘Chat’ from the menu bar.

iv) Now, you can see ‘Visitor’, press on it to proceed further.

v) You can see the ‘Block User’ option at the top right corner of the dashboard.

vi) Click on ‘Block User’ to discontinue communication with your team members.
