  1. Go to log in:
  2. Go to Admin management under channels you can able to find the Email as you can see the “Signature” shown in below snapshot.

3. You can create a separate signature for each group in Aritic Desk. You can edit an existing individual signature using the below snapshot.

4. You can edit the existing and active are available in the Department under Manage management as mentioned below snapshot.

5. In each department can be assigned its own signature, but they can also use the same signature to all.

6. In signature click on “New” and put ”::”  in the text field are then can able to see the all information about tickets assigned customers or agents can be inserted as shown below snapshot.
