How to use Global Categories

Global categories is a way to organize the Aritic PinPoint elements. They are available for Asset, Campaign, email, onsite-Campaign form, Page, Score, Twitter, Monitoring, Stages, Messages. Create element-specific categories (e.g. only for assets, emails or forms)
Create global categories for all Aritic PinPoint elements.

Steps for creating global categories :-

1. Click on  “Aritic PinPoint Dashboard” >> “Settings”, from the right corner of the screen.

2. Select “Categories”.

3. Click on “Create New Category” button.

4. In a new pop-up box, select “Global” option and fill all the desired columns.

5. Click on “Save and Close” button, you can see a new category in the Categories page as shown below.
