Toggle Anonymous Contacts from Contact Dashboard

In this article, you’ll learn how to use Toggle Anonymous Contact from contact dashboard in Aritic.

When you click on the Contacts dashboard, you will be able to see the known contacts. But if you want to see the anonymous contacts who have visited specific web pages of yours, then click on the toggle button inside the Aritic PinPoint application to convert those contacts into potential leads.

1. Go to the Aritic dashboard and click on contacts, as shown in the screenshot below.

2. Under Contacts, you will get ‘Toggle anonymous Contacts’ at the right side of the contacts as shown in the below screenshot. The Icon is used to identify only anonymous contacts who ever visited the page.

3. Click on the Icon which is shown in the screenshot. On choosing this option, anonymous contacts will get displayed.
