One IP Address creating multiple contact

Yes this is possible because, on one IP address many users might be sharing internet with their own system / PC browser. So one IP Address can have multiple contact, you need to check whether you have enabled below mentioned trackers or not: –

Enable “Track visitors by IP”.

Verify whether you have enabled the “Track Visitors by IP” inside Landing Pages setting or not?

For this to verify please follow these steps: – PinPoint Settings > Configuration > Landing Page Settings > Track Visitors by IP.

Enable “Identify returning visitor by device fingerprint”.

Verify whether you have enabled the “Identify returning visitor by device fingerprint” inside Landing Pages setting or not?

For this to verify please follow these steps: – PinPoint Settings > Configuration > Landing Page Settings > Identify returning visitor by device fingerprint.
