Get Started with Aritic Live Chat

Create a chatbot with live chat to connect anonymous visitors for understanding their requirements.

i) In the Aritic account, navigate to Conversations at the bottom left corner.  

ii) Click on ‘Chat Widget.’

iii) If you want your visitors to start a chat with your team, choose a live chat option in the right sidebar.  

iv) Click on the Chat Box, and you can start communicating with your visitors.

v) Visitors have to give their email id to connect with your team members.

vii) You can find different colors, select one for the chatbox.

viii) Even, you can mention the colour code to find a scheme for your website.
