An address has been marked as inactive. How can I reactivate it?

If due to the permanent delivery failure issue if any email id added to the suppression list, will be marked as inactive and there won’t be any further email delivery on that email id. If you believe that the email id’s permanent delivery issue is resolved, and you want to remove it from suppression list, you will need to raise a support ticket to reactive the address. Our support team will help you remove that email id from our platform.

The suppression list is to prevent our platform and your domain reputation from getting blacklisted, so before removing any email id from the suppression list, you need to be very sure.
