Before designing the survey form, you should understand two things: why you need a survey and your goals for the survey. You can improve customer satisfaction by adding surveys to your documents. It is a great way to gain further insights and identify the loopholes in a product. Inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you can create a Feedback survey with the help of the builder software. You can distribute surveys among your customers to collect responses and analyse the data based on that.
. 1 ) Go To Aritic PinPoint dashboard choose left menu and click on “Assets“, then click on “Survey Asset” as shown below .
2) Now in “Surveys” page click on “NEW SURVEY” to create a new one .
3) Now select Survey type as “Feedback Survey” and click on next .
4) Here you can select your “survey template” . As shown in screenshot below select “Feedback“ template and click on next .
5, You can add the required fields or tools to design the builder as shown below.
Through the above steps, you can select a survey type for designing the Feedback template inside the Aritic Survey builder. You can even create a multi-column survey by selecting the survey template in the Aritic PinPoint application.
