Understand Offline Chat Messaging

When chat is offline for visitors, online operators can hide chat widgets. They can leave an automatic message by enabling the “Start Chat from settings” page.   

  1. You can generate embed code without enabling automatic message functionality. 
  2. Ensure you have not clicked in the ‘Enable leave a message functionality automatically’ checkbox.
  3. Later, you can enable it from the chat settings page.
