Create and Use a “File” Field in a Form

After customizing your form fields, you can upload a non-document object file and generate other fields containing metadata. So, you can upload multiple files once you have designed your forms inside the Aritic application.

a) Go To the Aritic PinPoint dashboard choose the left menu and click on “Assets”, then click on “Forms” as shown below.

b) Go to the top right corner and press on the “New Form” button.

c) Click on the checkbox of “Create a Quiz Form”, and then press the ‘Next’ button.

d) Select a template for designing the form and click on ‘Next’.

e) Under Fields, click on File, as shown below.

f) Don’t miss to fill up the Label to give a name for the form and mention a help message to get submitted for the field.

g) Then, move to Contact Field, and select any type of contact from the dropdown box.

h) Click on the suitable “validation” button.

i) In the end, click on “Add” to complete the process.
