Configure Online Hours/ Work Hours

a) Hover over the Aritic dashboard to find the ‘Conversation’ button at the bottom left corner.

b) You will get ‘Conversation’ at the bottom left corner; click on it.

c) There are four available options: Chat, Bot Flow, Chat Widget, and Chat List.

d) Click on Chat Widget, again you will have multiple choices at the top left corner.

e) Go to the ‘Configure Team’ and click on it.

f) Immediately press ‘Automate online hours’ to configure the time.

g) On that page, you can see the Survey.

h) Click on the checkbox and update it.

i) In the end, click on the ‘Save’ button to finish the steps correctly.
