Transfer an active chat to user or operator

Suppose any visitor comes to your website and places the query. You can transfer an active chat to any other user or operator.

i) In the Aritic dashboard, scroll your cursor towards the left menu. You will find ‘Conversations,’ don’t miss to click on it. 

ii) Click on ‘Chat.’

iii) Press on Active Chats and then you can see all the names of the visitors.

iv) While replying to any visitor, move your cursor towards the bottom right corner. There are numerous icons you have to choose the sixth one.

v) Immediately, the existing chat would get transferred to someone else.
