These rules help protect us from spammers that would otherwise send a lot of emails quickly, that could then damage the reputation of our sending servers and negatively impact other Ariticmail users and SMTP relay servers.
- Recurring email per minute and per hour are not allowed.
- Your overall bounce should not be above 3%; otherwise, SMTP relay servers may suspend your account.
- Your overall spam complaint should not be above 0.1%; otherwise, SMTP relay servers may suspend your account.
In case, if we receive any abuse complaint report from your SMTP relay server provider or any of your email subscriber, then, we may suspend your Ariticmail account.
To prevent miss-use of Ariticmail platform; we automatically add “Unsubscribe” link at the end of your email content. This can not be removed.
