How to Manage Contact or Lead Lists

Inside Aritic PinPoint, all the available Contacts inside Contacts dashboard can be categorized among the Segments. The Segment option is available inside Contacts > Segments from left menu of Aritic PinPoint dashboard. Each segment can have their own filters and based on the filter conditions, the contacts inside each segment will be updated automatically. The moment a contact fulfills the segment filter condition, it gets added to the relevant segment.

Note: Aritic PinPoint does not have any list; although, you can use all the feature of list management with Segments.
