How to assign an Owner to a lead / contact inside Aritic PinPoint?

You can assign an Owner (Aritic PinPoint User) to each contact (or lead) inside Aritic PinPoint. This feature is used to easily manage contacts based on owners / Aritic PinPoint users. This feature when syncs with a CRM system integration works well in sync and assign contacts to the users/ owners automatically.

There are multiple ways by which you can assign an Owner to a contact (or lead) inside Aritic PinPoint:

1. During the contact import process inside Aritic PinPoint, you can assign Owner. Once this setting is selected then, the system will automatically assign the Owner to each contacts during import process.

2. When contacts come inside Aritic PinPoint through API or any integration, then you can assign an owner through an automation campaign workflow.

3. When contacts come inside Aritic PinPoint through forms, then you can assign an owner through the form setting or can assign an owner through an automation campaign workflow.
