Segments can have many filters. After choosing a filter, it is possible to add another one.
To do so, you have to choose between two operators:
- “AND” operator allows adding a filter to the previous one,
- “OR” operator offers an alternative.

The “AND” operator works as an addition. It means when this one is chosen, the filter below will be added to the previous one, and so on.

Using “And” and “Or” Operators inside Segment Filters
Go to Aritic PinPoint > Contacts > Segments.
Select a Segment > Filters > Add Contact filter.
