Sometime you will see that your lead score is not working/updating according to your setup. If this is the case put your observation on following points:
Check if all the Actions are setup properly: –
Verify the assigned lead points for “Assest Action” inside Points > Managed Action > Points. Use the given guide to setup the points here.
Check if website tracking pixel is working properl: –
Please confirm whether you have added the desired tracking code at the end of the web page before ending tag or not. If not please add the desired tracking code.

Check if email open and clicks are tracked properly: –
Please verify whether the “Append tracking pixel into email body ?” is enabled or not ?
This can be checked under PinPoint Dashboard > Settings > Configuration >Email Settings > Message Settings.
