Using Single Choice Matrix Toolbox inside the Aritic Survey Builder

Matrix is the collection of numbers that you can arrange into a fixed number of columns and rows. Inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you can build your feedback page on a single choice matrix toolbox. This feature allows you to combine multiple questions with the same answers, and it is helpful when you need to ask numerous questions to your customers, which should be rated on the same scale.

  1. Go To Aritic PinPoint dashboard choose left menu and click on “Assets“, then click on “Survey Asset” as shown below .

2. Now in “Surveys” page click on “NEW SURVEY” from the top right corner to create a new one .

3. Now select Survey type as “Feedback Survey” and click on next .

4. Here you can select your “survey template” . As shown in screenshot below select “Feedback” template and click on next .

5. Now you can build your Feedback page . Click on Matrix (single choice) from right side toolbox , it will add in left side (in survey page) as shown below .

6. Click on properties to edit the columns and rows as shown below .

7. In below screenshot you can see how to edit the columns and rows . There you have option to add more rows and columns.

The matrix will be single choice , one can either choose Yes or No . Click on next to move forward .

Inside the application, you can create columns and rows with the help of a single choice matrix toolbox. You can even add more rows and columns to ask multiple questions and edit it when you want your respondents to rate some answers.
