i) Hover over the ‘Conversation’ and click on it.
ii) Click on ‘Chat’ from the menu bar.
iii) Click on ‘Active Chats.’
iv) You will get all the visitors’ names.
v) Go to any visitor’s name and click on it.
vi) You can see Chat history, Department, Created at, Started at, Chat duration, and Chat owner on the right side.
