When chat is offline for visitors, online operators can hide chat widgets. They can leave an automatic message by enabling the “Start Chat from settings” page.
- You can generate embed code without enabling automatic message functionality.
- Ensure you have not clicked in the ‘Enable leave a message functionality automatically’ checkbox.
- Later, you can enable it from the chat settings page.
