Quickly Update Contact Field Detail

Contact field details are the properties associated with a contact like company details, addresses, cities, names, etc. You can easily create and make changes in your contact field details to meet your company’s requirements. It would help if you allowed the users to configure the picklist before creating different types of contact fields.

a) Go to the Dashboard and click on contacts under the “Contacts” option from the left menu, then Click on any individual contact as shown below.

b) Now, you can see the 360-degree view page of a particular contact.

c) To edit a field you just need to click on that field and put the value. Here we can quickly edit the contact fields. The below screenshot shows how to edit the Mobile field.

d) The screenshot below shows how to edit the Phone field.

e) After editing, that field will automatically get updated. You can just click on Close. Here is the screenshot after editing some fields which are mentioned above.

f) With the above process you can quickly update contact details

After following the above mentioned steps, you can quickly update the contact field details with different workflow rules and entitlement methodologies to gather more information about the contacts and channelize it for the company’s benefit.
