How to Mark a Deal as Won or Lost

When a deal is created, you can select the team member who is responsible for that deal. In another case, if you have selected the option “Auto”, you can assign the deals according to the auto-assignment setting you chose while crafting the pipeline. Deals always represent leads that are potential customers. In Aritic PinPoint, you can easily view the deals which are present in your stages, pipelines, and filter them out based on their status. “Open” deals are those leads that are active, “Won” deals are those leads that achieve the goal of the pipeline, and “Lost” deals are those leads that enter your pipelines but do not convert.

If your deal is won then go and click yes.
