Get Started with Telegram inside Aritic Chatbot

i) In the Aritic Dashboard, Scroll your cursor to the left corner and click on the ‘Conversation’ button. 

ii) Click on ‘Chat Widget’.

iii) Scroll your cursor, and you can see ‘Telegram Config’, click on it.

iv) Don’t miss to click on ‘Telegram bots.’   

v) Click on New to create a telegram bot workflow. 

vi) Take the bot username from the particular client.

vii) Collect the Bot API from the user and paste it as shown below.
