Creating a File Field inside a Form

In Aritic PinPoint, it is possible to add a file field in the form if you need to collect files from contacts.

How to create a “file” field in your form?

  1. Go to Aritic PinPoint dashboard > Assets > Forms > can select the existing form to edit or You can also create a new form and add this field while editing the form.

2. Go to the Settings option on the editor > In the Fields tab, add a new field +File from the list of fields on the right-hand side.

3. In the next editor window, fill in the Label and the Help Message as you want.

The Save Result is always set to YES by default. It means the file will be displayed in the form results for you to download it.

4. Under Properties, set up the file extensions allowed to upload. Click on Add once done.

5. Here is how your form field will look inside your editor.

6. When contacts submit the form, the file will be displayed in the form results. You just need to click on the file to download it.
