Configure List Response inside Bot

i) In the Aritic dashboard, navigate to the ‘Conversation’ at the bottom left corner. 

ii) Click on ‘Bot flow’ from the menu. 

iii) Click on the ‘New’ button to create a bot flow.

iv) Immediately, move to the page comprising General and Interface. 

v) Now, you have to fill up the Bot Name, Nick Name, in the General section. After completing, click on the ‘Save and Exit’ button.

vi) Then, click on the created bot to start the bot flow. 

vii) You can see the below screen.

viii) Don’t miss to click on the ‘Add group.’

ix) Type a name like 1st Group-WelcomeMessage’ and immediately press on the ‘+’ button to generate a trigger group. 

x) Don’t forget to click on the ‘Green button’ next to the Trigger. 

xi) Click on the checkbox of ‘Default’ available beside the Trigger button.

xii) Select Response Type from the drop down menu.  

xiii) Give a logical name in the Default message.

xiv)  Under Button Name, create a name and type a relevant name in the Payload.

xv) Now, click on the ‘Add group.’

xvi) Give a different name like Aritic PinPoint Click.

xvii) Click on the ‘+’ button and you will get the New Trigger.

xviii) Click on the ‘New Trigger.’

xix) Again you have to create a new name in the Trigger box.

xx) Click on the ‘Response Type.’

xxi) Type a different name and then click on ‘Add Response.’

xxii) Select ‘Button List’ from the dropdown menu.
