You can project the details of your contacts live in front of other customers in real-time on their devices after enabling the live mode. Inside the Aritic application, you can enable the live mode of individual contacts to track their activities. Through this element, you can start a live tracking of the activities of individual contacts to make the process smooth.
a) Go to the dashboard click on ‘Contacts’ from the left menu as shown below.
b) You will get an icon for Enabling live mode at the right corner as shown below.
c) Once you click on Enable live mode icon, it will turn to blue colour and that will confirm that the live mode is enabled.
