After you have created your contact workflow inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you can review the individual activities of each contact to understand the engagement level. You can analyze the engagement and delivery rates for each particular contact to bring in improvements.
a) Go to the Aritic dashboard and click on the ‘Contacts’ option from the left menu. And click on any individual contact then you will be able to see the 360-degree view page.
Here you will be able to see the engagement reports using two different options.
1. At the top right corner, click on the dropdown menu. Here, you will get an option of “Detail Engagements.” Click on it.

Here you can see the summary of In website’s First visit, Last visit, Devices used, Location etc. Adding screenshots for the same below.


Similarly, click on “On Forms” to view the detailed engagement report. Adding screenshot below for reference.

Similarly, you will be able to view score, email sent, email failed, chat, Video View and Other detailed engagement of the contact by clicking each options.
2. Click on the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the page and click on Engagement.

Here you will be able to see the Engagement reports of the particular contact.

By clicking on All Engagement, all the Engagement reports will appear as shown in the below screenshot.

Similarly, on clicking Audit log, the detailed report of audit log will appear as shown in the screenshot below.

Similarly you can click on all the options as shown in below screenshot to get the detailed report of that particular contact.
