Check Contact Performance Report (Contact Analysis)

You can see the performance of enrolled contacts in the workflow in the selected time period with the help of contact performance report. Inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you can track the number of contacts who met the workflow goals. You can remove the contacts from the workflow who failed to meet the goal.   

a) Go to the Aritic dashboard and click on the ‘Contacts’ option from the left menu as shown below.

b) In the “Contacts” dashboard, click on “Analysis”. You will get the Contact Performance report such as” Identified Vs Anonymous Contact”, “Identified Contact Visits”, “DND contact”, “Identified Vs Active Contact”, “Email Contacts” and “Stage Funnel”.

c) Here you can see the Contact Performance reports of identified vs anonymous contacts. You can see the percentage for the identified and anonymous contacts.

d) Scroll down a little, after the above analysis report and “identified contacts visit” report will be present as shown in the screenshot below.

e) After identified contacts visit report, the DND contact and contact action report will be present as shown in the screenshot below. In contact action, you can see the actions which are done from the contact side like page hit, import, etc.

f) After that, the report of identified vs Active contacts will appear as shown in the screenshot below.

g) Now Email contacts and Stage Funnel reports will appear one followed by another, as shown in the screenshots below.
