Change Marketing Stages of a Contact from 360 View

Customers are the backbone of companies and you can channelize the marketing stages for effective outcomes. You can even use the marketing workflows to change the different stages of the buyer’s journey. Inside the application, you can get a 360-degree view of individual contact to analyze marketing stages.

a) Go to the dashboard and click on contacts under Contacts. Here you can see the stages in which the contacts are.

b) Click on any individual contact to get a 360-degree view page. In the first column of 360-degree view, click on Actions and a drop-down menu appears. Click on the “Change Stages” option as shown in the screenshot below.

c) After clicking on the “Change Stages” option, a pop up screen will appear for changing the marketing stage as shown in the below screenshot.

d) Make the changes according to your requirement and click on Save. Once done you can see the result in activity page inside the contact 360-degree page.

e) Once done you can see the status in the contact dashboard, as shown below.
