It happens some time when you see that Aritic PinPoint instance is not working. Although this happens very rarely but there are some reason behind it:
Following are some of the reasons for why the Aritic PinPoint Instance is not working:
Have you launched your PinPoint instance from Aritic Platform
1. After registering and login to your Aritic Account make sure you have launched the Aritic PinPoint !
2. Please have a detail look here:-
Do you have PinPoint URL of your account?
1. After launching the Instance, you must have received a new modal window for adding the URL?
2. In this you have to create your Aritic PinPoint URL such as :- abc.ma.aritic.com or emails.ma.aritic.com.
3. The URL must me unique for each user.
Are you able to login to your Aritic PinPoint?
1. Please check your Username, Password while login.
2. The wrong PinPoint URL will not let you login to your Aritic PinPoint account, so make sure the URL must be correct.
3. Remove the space if any in username or password.
