Add a reCAPTCHA inside a Form

“reCAPTCHA” is like “CAPTCHA”, a system which is used to define if a computer user is human. It helps protect companies against spam and other types of automated abuses.

Before you create a reCaptcha form, you will need to generate the API Keys and Site Keys using the reCaptcha plugin.

Follow the steps below to get started.

To create a reCAPTCHA form, you will first need a Google reCAPTHA account. You can create one by following the below-mentioned URL for free.

Create an account with Google reCAPTCHA, and fill the form below to define the domain on which you would like to have the reCAPTCHA. Select the version of reCAPTCHA that you would like to have. Click on “Submit” to save the changes to the form.

After clicking on “Submit”, you will be redirected to a pop-up window where you will find the “API Key”, and “Site Key”. Copy these and save it for later use.

Now, login to your Aritic PinPoint account, click on the Apps icon (Settings) on the right sidebar. Click on “Plugin” inside the selector menu.

Go to Forms and Survey >reCAPTCHA.

Click on the reCAPTCHA plugin. On the next window that pops up, paste the “API Keys” and the “Site Key” in the required places. Publish the app by clicking on “Yes”, and then click on “Save & Close” to save the credentials.

Creating a reCaptcha Form

Go to your Aritic PinPoint Dashboard > Assets > Forms > Design New Form.

In the “Fields” section, add the reCAPTCHA field from the right menu. You can also add multiple fields inside the form as stated below.

After adding the fields click on “Save & Close” to save the changes in the reCAPTCHA form. You can see below how the reCAPTCHA form looks like.
