1. Please login to https://desk.aritic.com/login.
  2. Go to admin “Web” can be found in the admin area at Channels.
  3. Click on “Web” under channels.
  4. Under Enable ticket creation you find a drop-down box. Please scroll on and select “yes” to enable to create tickets via a web interface.

Under Group selection for ticket creation, you find drop down box. Please scroll on and select the group. “-” means all groups are available.

That means for example: if you are working with a dispatcher, you could implement a group “Income” and only select this group here. Thus, all incoming tickets are routed to this group and can be dispatched to other groups from here.
