Scheduler (Automation)

  1. Go to log in: https://desk.aritic.com/login.
  2. Go to admin under business rules you can able to see the automation management as shown below snapshot. The automation performs time-based automated actions.

3. You can set up your own schedulers, configure at which points in time they should run, set up conditions to determine which tickets they should affect, and then configure the actions that you want to be executed on these tickets.
