Adjust Global Chat Widget Settings

a) In the Aritic Dashboard, you have to move to the ‘Conversation’.

b) Under Conversation, you will find four options: Chat, Bot Flow, Chat Widget, and Chat List.

c) Click ‘Chat Widget’.
